Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we do require at least 48 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment. That time slot can then be used by another patient who is in need of urgent treatment. If an appointment is missed without suitable notice there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee charge to the patient's account. Patients arriving 15 minutes or later than the scheduled appointment time may be required to reschedule their appointment.

Although we attempt to remind patients of appointments prior to the scheduled day, it is the responsibility of the patient to keep appointments.
